You may cancel a withdrawal request if it has not yet entered processing.

Log in to your account.

Go to Wallet → Pending Withdrawals.
</li>

Select the withdrawal request and choose Cancel, if the option is available.

If successfully canceled, the funds will return to your playable balance immediately.

Once a withdrawal request has entered the processing stage, it can no longer be canceled.
The cancellation option is only available while the request remains pending and has not yet been reviewed or approved.

TO CANCEL A WITHDRAWAL:

 1. Log in to your account.

 2. Go to Wallet → Pending Withdrawals.

 3. Select the withdrawal request and choose Cancel, if the option is available.

If successfully canceled, the funds will return to your playable balance immediately.
