Submitting your documents is straightforward and helps ensure secure account access and smooth withdrawals.
How to upload your documents:

Log in and go to My Account → Verification.

Upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID card).

Upload a selfie holding your ID to confirm identity.

Provide proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 6 months).
Payment Method Verification (if applicable)
If you use a bank card, you may be asked to upload a photo showing:

First 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card

Expiration date
-
Cardholder name
Please cover the middle digits and the CVV/CVC code for security.
In some cases, additional documentation may be required. If so, our team will contact you with clear instructions.
How long does verification take?
Once submitted, documents are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours.
In certain cases, review times may be longer depending on volume or if additional checks are required.
All documents are handled securely and encrypted in accordance with our privacy and data protection policies. We only request information necessary to verify your account.
